Halloween and Thanksgiving!

Well, it looks like I am slacking in the blogging department, 2 holidays have passed and I haven't updated anything. Halloween was good around here. Madison got all dressed up for school one day and had a party. Then on Halloween we went back up to her preschool for a fall festival and bible journey. She got all loaded up on candy there. We didn't attempt to go around the neighborhood this year, she still doesn't understand what it means to go trick or treating. Thanksgiving was also pretty low key here. I am to the point where I can't travel far, so going to Florida was out of the question. This year Alan's parents and sister came up here to celebrate. It was a short celebration with Madison for Alan and his Dad. They ended up leaving to go to Oklahoma to visit with his grandparents for the rest of the weekend. The rest of us here got some shopping and much need rest in, thanks to Aunt Kari who was enough entertainment for Madison to keep from hanging on to me all weekend! Now we are getting ready for my parents to come for Christmas in a couple of weeks! Madison is doing well in school. She can count up to 5 and knows some of her colors, just depends on the day if she is going to say them back to you. It has been very cold here lately, so most of our days are spent inside coloring and playing with playdough. I think we are finally past the playdough eating stage, that she actually now enjoys it! Alan is plugging away at work, they seem to keep him busy with learning new technology. I am almost to the end of my pregnancy and we can't wait to meet our little guy! Hope you enjoy the pictures below!
