Dickerson Family Blog Spot: Madison's 1st Hair Cut....Luke Goes to the Doctor!

We had a very eventful 1st week by ourselves. Madison had a good 2 days at preschool and didn't cry for the 1st time in 2 weeks, when I dropped her off. I think we might even let her stay on Thursday and have lunch with her classmates. That would give me an extra 2 hours with Luke or to get things done without Madison on my tail. Madison enjoyed a playdate with Leah, Haley, Canaan, Caleb and Elisha on Wednesday. She really had a good time. I am sure being around other kids closer to her age that actually play back with her was more fun that hanging out with me and Luke. On Thursday I took Luke back to the doctor for a check of his weight. The little porker gained almost a pound in one week. He weighed in at 8lbs 2oz. Unless we have any illnesses then he shouldn't have to go back until March for his 2 month check up. Madison got her 1st hair cut on Saturday morning. Daddy didn't want to go and see them cut her curls off, so I took her. She did real good and told the lady all about Minnie Mouse and her little brother. I didn't get much cut off, more like just cleaned up the back for our family pictures next weekend. I did take the camera with the intentions of documenting it, but ran out of power in the camera before they got started. I will post an after picture once I get batteries at the store later today.
