Finally some pictures!

Now that our computer is working I can finally upload some of the pictures off my camera of the house and kiddos. But, first a quick update! We seem to stay so busy during the week that I haven't had a chance to get on to post, but since Luke is sleeping (very rare!) and Madison is glued to Tigger and Pooh I thought it would be a good time to get a start on this blog.
The house is coming along real good. The windows and doors are in and all the electrical is done. I think we are just waiting on an inspection of the electrical and then they are going to add the insulation.
Madison has been a terror lately. Definitley going through the terriable two's, which is more like hell for the rest of us and on our worst days its a day long of time out's and spankings. But when she does have a good day it is really good one! She is growing like a weed and has almost outgrown all her 2T stuff from winter, just in time for the good weather that we hope is sticking around. She seems to be at her worst after her nap, and if she doesn't nap that day, watch out everyone in her way it is not pleasant. Needless to say we have had a lot of early bedtimes around here. She is doing well in school and has been learning about pets, zoo animals and springtime this month. I think they are going to even have a picnic in a couple of weeks. We are going to start potty training in April over her spring break. She knows what to do and is beyond ready, she just needs a little nudge. So I am determined to get it done while she is on spring break and the weather is warmer! She has been such a big help with Luke, she will bring me diapers and wipes for him and she even tries to soothe him when he is crying by getting him a blanket or a paci. She loves to go up to him and tell him "it is alright, I am right here." I think she hears me say that way too much to him.
Luke is doing good. Growing so fast we are having a hard time keeping up with him. He is soon going to be out of his 3 month stuff and on to his 6 month stuff here soon. He goes for his 2 month check up in 2 weeks. I can't wait to see how much he weighs, I am guess atleast 13lbs! We still don't know if the acid reflux medicine is working on him, he still seems to scream just as much as before and spits up the same amount. He has is 1st bug this past week. He slept most of the day (which was great!), but ususally threw up most of his feedings, and was running a fever that day. He is getting better about understanding when it is time for bed, we have a routine and it has been working pretty good. He is still up atleast 2-3 times after that during the night. This past weekend he started smiling (no it is not gas) and interacting with us a little bit more! He has great head control and will sit in his bumbo seat for a few minutes just looking around.
As for Alan and I. We have been staying busy with the kiddos and Alan has been swamped at work. He has had some late nights and I am sure will have many more after he gets back from his conference after being gone for a week and a half. We are headed to Florida for our 1st of many trips this year, next Thursday after Madison gets out of preschool. She has been talking non stop about MiMi's house, winston, riley, and going to the beach. So I think while we are down there we are going to head out to the beach and let her collect some sea shells. It is still too cold to go in the water, but I am sure she won't let us go down there without going to the beach. Below are some pictures, enjoy!
